- Qualifying Exam: GATE-2023 with minimum qualifying marks (vary by category)
- Academic Qualification:
- Full-time regular BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in Computer Science/IT with at least 60% marks
- OR Full-time regular MCA with at least 60% marks
- OR Full-time regular Masters degree in IT with at least 60% marks
- Knowledge of Punjabi: Passed Punjabi of at least Matriculation or equivalent
- Age Limit: 18 to 37 years as of 01/01/2023 (relaxations applicable for certain categories)
- Relaxations in Upper Age Limit:
- Backward Class: 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen (Self): Period of service in Armed Forces deducted from actual age
- Physically Handicapped: 10 years
- Widows, legally separated/divorced women, women with court-ordered maintenance, deserted women, remarried women, wives of serving/disabled military personnel: 5 years
